Stress is an unbearable product that you don’t see a way out of. The brain turns from positive forward thinking to spiralling out of control.
Challenges are relentless, demanding, and sometimes unknown. It’s the point and makes you search deep inside. Challenges are something to be overcome and teach you stress is the same.
These adventure challenge have a deep purpose and consist of

This isn't just a challenge, it's a mission for up to 4 people. Over 16 weeks. You'll prepare to complete the Welsh 3000s, 24+ miles, 4.000m of vertical gain. 15 summits over 3.000ft all under 24 hours.
