The Community exists to keep you responsible for your physical and mental state and how you show up in life through action, reflection, and challenge.

Working to build a better self almost always means working to build a better community or tribe with which you surround it.

Putting yourself in communities that work in service of your goals or values ensures you live them.

What this is

An environment that develops behavioural ownership through challenge and evidence.


A structure built around:

  • Clear standards and expectations

  • Monthly physical or behavioural challenges

  • Guided reflection and group coaching

  • Accountability through contribution, not pressure

  • A shared culture of ownership and responsibility

  • Vulnerability and emotional awareness understanding what can be used and learnt

You will not be told what to think or to believe individuality must remain.

You will be expected to act.

What this is not

This isn't a physical training program but you will train your body, mind, and develop self-leadership and efficacy through structured coaching, shared challenges, and deliberate discomfort.

It isn’t design to be:

  • A group for motivation

  • A place to consume more S##T!

  • Constant reassurance you don’t join for the empathy addiction

  • Not a place to vent, complain, or outsource responsibility with no action

  • Pink and fluffy

  • David Goggins go hard attitude

If you sit in the shadows, nothing changes. If you participate, change happens quickly.

How the Community Works

  • Each month has a clear physical or behavioural focus designed to create exposure, friction, and learning.

  • Simple, intentional actions to apply the theme in training and life.

  • A call focused on:

    • What’s working

    • What’s being avoided

    • Where standards are slipping

    • How to course-correct



  • Learning is only useful when applied. Reflection gives the learning it is up to you to integrate. Future changes don’t always get better results they provide tools. Many high achievers think this is ruminating emotions and feelings it is not.

Quarterly Depth

24–72 Hour Challenges
Short, demanding challenges that test decision-making, discipline, and follow-through. Completed alone at group meets and the unknown.

Guest Speakers
People with lived experience and who have earned their perspective.

Expectations & Standards

This is a participation community. You are expected to engage, act and contribute. You will be held accountable but, no one will chase you. No one will carry you. To change is hard not everybody is ready if you keep the standard you’ll get the support.

The standard is visible through behaviour, not intention.

The Community is the foundation.

  • Community members receive priority access and discounted rates on adventures and challenge programs

  • 1–1 Coaching is available separately for those wanting depth and precision

  • Coaching & Adventure is for those who want preparation tied to a real-world test

You can stay in the community alone.
You can go deeper when ready.

Final word

This community is for people with internal drive, those who are likely already training, often operating solo, and naturally drawn to challenge and discomfort.

You’re comfortable being vulnerable without drama, value direct support and accountability, and are struggling to find like-minded individuals in your current circle.

You don’t need fixing, you need an environment that demands more of you.

This is not for comfort seekers, passive observers, motivation chasers, or anyone wanting certainty without effort. It’s not for those unwilling to be challenged.

This community self-selects by design.

How to Join

This is a standards-based environment.

You are not persuaded to stay. You choose to show up or you don’t.

This community doesn’t promise outcomes. It provides structure, standards, and support.

What you do with it is your responsibility.
