The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
Booking and payment details for retreats, camps and coaching sessions
Health, dietary or accessibility information you share with us where relevant to a retreat or camp (for example, medical conditions, allergies or mobility needs)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
New enquiry
Booking a call or coaching session
Booking a place on a retreat or camp
We use the information you have given us in order to contact you with details of the services we provide, and to deliver and support your booking.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting daryl@limitless-project.co.uk
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored within our booking system (Dubsado), Google Drive, project management tools and email marketing system.
We keep information related to bookings and coaching for the time we are contracted to work with you. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the data from the systems listed above.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access — You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification — You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure — You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing — You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing — You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability — You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

How to complain
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, we want to hear it directly first — email us at daryl@limitless-project.co.uk with "Data Complaint" in the subject line, and a description of what's happened.
Here's what to expect from us:
We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
We'll look into what's happened, and let you know the outcome and any action we're taking as a result. Most complaints are resolved within 45 days, but if a case is more complex we'll keep you updated on timing.
If you're not satisfied with our response, or you'd prefer to go straight to a regulator, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We'd always rather have the chance to put things right ourselves first, but you're free to contact the ICO at any time.
