Baseline
Assess where you are physically and mentally either by initial coaching call or pre program reflection form.
Train
Begin your your program that integrates the limitless approach.
Progress
Tracking and accountability. Physical and mental exercises to apply stress followed by rest periods to allow adaptation. Group and individual support the hack is together.
Reflect to grow
Progress isn’t always fast or initially seen. Reflection provides time to view yourself from a far.
Integration
Integrate the limitless methods into daily life. Know more allows you to do more. This is the true practice, using what you build.
