2. Leadership retreats

Exposure weekends

These weekends combine guided hikes, coaching conversations, and group challenges to expand capability and self-awareness.

3. Expeditions

Immersive and unforgettable.

For teams who want to stretch limits and forge deeper trust. Work directly with LP to plan and execute your expedition.

A 2 to 4 day leader lead journey in nature, built around the teams ability to problem solve, work together, and show up under stress correctly.
Routes and environments to be discussed (mountain, coastal, or rural)
Strategic consultancy sessions with LP to support planning this is your teams project.
Facilitated by an experienced outdoor leader.
