The 12-Week Group Coaching Experience
Limitless Group is a guided program where you train, reflect, and grow alongside others. That still carries individualisation.

A structured 12-week strength + endurance training plan (via TrainingPeaks). A programme that allows individualisation through RPE, RIR, % and thresholds.

Tools to build mental resilience and flexibility all in a downloadable workbook the limitless mind. Some practices and reflections will be done together on the calls.

Group coaching calls for accountability, reflection and activity discussions. Open honest and high support. access to the limitless hub full of resources.

The momentum and support of a community moving forward together. That’s the hack.

The Group Project is a structured training and coaching environment built around community, accountability, and collective growth. It’s for people who thrive in a group setting and want to progress physically and mentally without the need for 1:1 coaching.

You’ll train using structured programs designed by LP creator, join group coaching calls or online discussions, and share progress with others on the same path. You’ll move forward together with support, challenge, and accountability.

A mixture of full body strength session typically compound movements - Squat, deadlift, pressing variations.
Plyometric exercises
A challenge session each week.Progressive running or rowing.
A weekly ruck progressive over the period.

Anyone who wants to build consistency and confidence but doesn’t need full individual coaching. It’s great for those who want to be surrounded by others on the same path enjoying social side of training and want guidance, structure, and community support.

This isn’t a faceless online group or a random workout plan. You’ll be part of The Limitless Project, a community built on shared challenge, honesty, and growth. You’ll have access to real coaching, not just generic advice.

You’ll have regular group coaching sessions and community access. While not 1:1, you’ll still receive direct feedback.

Programs are adaptable. You can train in a gym, at home, or outdoors. You do require some equipment. DB/KBs, Barbell and plates. If you can’t run access to CV equipment.

Each Group Project runs in cycles 12 weeks. Many people stay involved cycle after cycle because the community becomes their accountability system.
