YOU KNOW YOU FEEL BETTER OUTSIDE

But lately, it’s been too easy to skip the kind of adventure that actually challenges you

Road runs are easy to fall back on: low effort, low stakes, and easy to talk yourself into.

But the kind of adventure that changes you? That’s harder to do solo.

Trail running asks more from you. But it also gives more back especially when you’ve got a group pushing through it with you.

This camp is your chance to run wilder, find more within yourself whilst with others, and remember what you're capable of.

TRAIL RUNNING CAMP

THE TRAILS ARE FOR FUN. NOTHING TO PROVE, YET EVERYTHING TO GAIN.

Join us in Dartmoor for a 4-day trail running camp designed for enjoyment, to raise your limit, expand your world and show you what you’re really made of.

Led by founder and coach, Daryl and co-hosted by his partner Harriet, this weekend is all about building strength, confidence, and connection.

We’ll cover 30K+ of incredible trails, sharpen your hill and navigation skills, and help you run stronger, not just harder.

From night runs to cold dips, strength sessions to shared meals, this isn’t just a getaway. It’s a experience.

HERE’S WHAT’S WAITING FOR YOU IN DARTMOOR

  • Settle in, meet your crew, and shake out your legs with a guided approx 10K through local trails.

  • Tackle a longer run (min. 15K), restore with mobility, then build power with a trail-specific strength session. Time dependent we’ll head for a cold river dip.

  • Learn how best to tackle climbs and descents, get hands-on with maps, and build confidence in a coached night run.

  • Soothe your muscles with a recovery session before a final lunch and farewell.

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT

Between Daryl’s coaching and trail expertise and Harriet’s knack for operations, planning, and creating community, you’re in good hands. Together we’ve led plenty of memorable events and adventures that challenge your body and leave your spirit buzzing.

  • Steve Spurling

"This is my 3rd trip now with Daryl & Harriet and they are just getting better, the variety of hikes offer a chance to explore new locations and to push yourself further by tackling more complex climbs and mountains."

  • Estera R

“I would have to write an essay, words could not explain just how incredible it is to step into something new with new people! Life changing!”

  • Nick Cutts

“Daryl was always steering me in the right direction inside the gym and outside, as you know I had a challenging couple of years, nothing seemed to pull me out of the hole I was in until I signed up for the Welsh3000.”

  • Ben Clarke

“The remoteness of the region at that time of year - we hardly saw anyone. The group and meeting new people with a similar mindset. The Friday walk in snowy conditions. A new challenge, but and exciting one.”

A long weekend full of fun, fitness and, the outdoors. It is the wholesome effect.

GOT QUESTIONS?

Here’s everything you might be wondering (and a few things you should be).

  • You need to be able to run 10K on the road without stopping. Pace doesn’t matter. No trail experience needed, just a curious streak and a willingness to get a little uncomfortable.

  • Of course, you can work with Daryl 1:1 at any point or you can buy his 3 month running programme specifically created to get you ready for the camp, it’s £119 and you can upgrade when you book your spot.

  • Rooms are shared (single-sex), but private room upgrades will be available if you’d rather roll solo.

  • We’ll send a full kit list, but the basics: trail shoes, a running vest or belt, layers for all weathers, and your usual gear. If it rains? We still run.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re solo or bringing a mate, you’ll be welcomed into the crew from the jump.

  • The deposit is non-refundable. Cancel 60+ days out? You’ll get 50% back. Cancel within 30 days? No refund. Life happens, but this is a small-group retreat with limited spots

  • If your injury is managed and you’re cleared to train, reach out — but we don’t recommend booking if you’re mid-recovery. You must tell us about any medical issues when booking.

  • Yes — just let us know ahead of time and we’ll make sure you're covered.

You’re not signing up for a run. You’re signing up to an experience.

This is your chance to stop waiting for the perfect time and start doing some fun yet hard, rewarding stuff that actually changes you.

Four days on the trails. One heck of a crew. A version of you that feels stronger, steadier, and proud as hell.
